What if I live abroad?
We can work together while you are away. We first agree access to the property, the authorisations needed and how we will stay in touch.
How much does management cost?
It depends on your property and the help you need. After our first conversation, we prepare a proposal that separates the management fee from cleaning and other costs. You know what you are paying for before deciding.
Can I still stay at my property?
Yes. Request your dates in the portal or let us know when you would like to visit. We check existing reservations and confirm the dates with you.
What happens after I send the form?
Your enquiry is saved with a reference number. The team can review it in the portal and prepare the next steps. Email confirmations are not connected in this local preview yet.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
First you send a request. The team checks the dates and confirms the stay. The properties in this version are examples for trying the website.
